Virginia Area Health Education Centers

The Virginia Area Health Education Centers (AHEC) Program is the best source of information about summer camps, mentoring programs and other opportunities to learn about health careers. Virginia’s AHEC program has developed partnerships with colleges, universities, public schools hospitals and many other organizations throughout the state to encourage and assist students interested in health careers.
