Musicians

Leilani Mork is an active performer throughout Richmond and recently graduated with a Masters in Piano Performance from VCU. She currently serves as adjunct faculty at VCU, teaching music history classes for the Music and Dance department, and as staff accompanist and stage manager for VCU's Opera Theatre Spring production of Mozart's Marriage of Figaro. She is also a pianist for the Richmond Ballet and VCU's Department of Dance, and for St. Mark's Methodist Church in Midlothian, VA. Ms. Mork's professional teaching credits include two summers in Rome as a vocal coach and accompanist for the Operafestival di Roma's educational program, musical director for University of Virginia's Opera Workshop under the direction of Dr. Louisa Panou-Takahashi, and pianist with VCU's musical theatre class with Ms. Patti D'Beck. Ms. Mork's teachers have included most recently Dr. Sonia K. Vlahcevic for her solo work and Prof. Melanie Kohn-Day for her coaching and collaborative work.
