8. Register for museum internship? Museum internships for credit require approval of the supervising museum or gallery and the director of the museum studies program or department chair. Submit a completed, signed Museum Internship Application Form to the Department of Art History office. When the completed form is submitted, an Override Permission Form will be issued to register for course credits. Completed applications must be submitted no later than the end of the first week of classes for the appropriate semester.
