Robert Lewis is a norteamericano photographer/artist/educator who has traveled the various regions of Mexico seeking his subjects.
In 1992, Lewis embarked on a concentrated series of pilgrimages seeking to capture on film a great many of the iconic manifestations of Jesus Christ in the contemporary culture of Mexico.
This exhibit features his photographic quest, which took him on a meandering path from the Yucatan to Puebla, and from Micholacan to Vercruz and beyond.
