3. Change my major, minor or concentration? Submit a completed, signed and dated Change of Major/Concentration/Minor form to the Department of Art History office at 922 W. Franklin St. Download or print a form from the VCU Enrollment Services website, or pickup a form from the department office. Follow all directions EXACTLY as listed on the form prior to submitting. If you wish to schedule an advising appointment, call the department office directly at (804) 828-2784.
