Profile: Mr. Taylor specializes in real estate valuation , brokerage, consulting, and litigation support. He currently severs as a course reviewer for the Appraisal Foundation and is a trustee of the Appraisal Institute's Education Trust Fund.
In 2004 - 2005 he served as the Chair of the Real Estate Center Directors and Chairholders' Association. Mr. Taylor is a past president of the Virginia Commonwealth Chapter of the Appraisal Institute and received the Outstanding Chapter Member of the Year during 1993, 1999, and 2000. He has been published in The Appraisal Journal and holds the MAI and SRA designations. He is a member of the Appraisal Institute, International Right of Way Association, American Real Estate and Urban Economics Association, and Alpha Sigma Gamma and Rho Epsilon Real Estate Fraternity.

Professional Experience: Twenty three years as a real estate appraiser and consultant and eight years as a real estate sales agent. Clients include numerous corporations, state agencies, attorneys, and individuals including Alcoa, Bank of America, Branch Bank and Trust, Dominion-Virginia Power, Eastman Kodak, Exxon/Mobil, SunTrust Bank, Wachovia Corporation, Federal Deposit Insurance Commission, Commonwealth of Virginia, City of Newport News, Counties of Chesterfield, Hanover, and Henrico to name a few. Qualified as an expert witness in US Bankruptcy Court as well as numerous Circuit Courts.
