Profile: Kasper is the author of over 50 publications and has consulted for a number of business and government agencies on decision support systems and human-computer interface design and interaction. His work has won several awards. He is Immediate Past Chair of the Special Interest Group on Management Information Systems of the Association for Computing Machinery.
