Research interests focus on HR staffing and issues related to the management of a diverse work force. Teaching: Human resource management (undergraduate), international human resource management (graduate & undergraduate), and organization theory (undergraduate). Dr. Miller also participates in team-teaching Introduction to E-business, and serves as chapter advisor for VCU's student chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management.
Research: Employee recruitment, selection, and socialization; management of a diverse work force, particularly issues related to inclusion and accommodation of people with disabilities.
