Profile: Dr. Phillips specializes in real estate finance and economics, housing economics, and economics of transportation and public policy. He has published over 20 articles in refereed scholarly journals. He has presented over 35 papers at leading real estate and economics meetings. He is a member of the American Real Estate Society, the American Real Estate and Urban Economics Association, the American Economics Association, the Southern Economics Association, Alpha Sigma Gamma (the International Real Estate Honor Society) and Omicron Delta Epsilon (the National Economics Honor Society).
