Profile: Dr. Sleeth specializes in Organizational Behavior with emphasis on the interactions among task design, emotions, leadership, technology and motivation. He has served on the advisory committees for 15 completed dissertations, six of which he chaired. He has served as president of the VCU Chapter of Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society and adviser to the VCU Chapter of the International Business Fraternity of Delta Sigma Pi. In his service activities, he has provided consulting and training to over fifty business and governement organizations. Dr. Sleeth serves as a co-editor of the Organization Management Journal and on the Board of Directors of the Organizational Behavior Teaching Society.

Education: University of New Hampshire (BA, Physics, 1968); University of Massachusetts, (Ph.D., Business Administration, 1977).
