Professional Experience: Two years as a Research Economist at the Virginia Department of Taxation. In the course of her employment, Mrs. Stith-Willis tracked revenue collection for the State's General Aid Fund and developed an Insurance Model for the State of Virginia that estimates revenue collections. Economist Intern at the Virginia Department of Economic Development. While as an intern she gathered and updated economic data for State Marketing Representatives and gathered, summarized and analyzed federal statistical data.
