Profile: Associate Professor of Information Systems, former Chairman of the Department of Information Systems specializing in software project management, business reengineering, end-user computing, and the design and implementation of application systems. His teaching and research interests have resulted in the creation of the Information Systems Research Institute at VCU. He has provided management consulting in the development of the request for proposals, business reengineering, selection of software product and contract negotiations for an integrated student information system for Virginia Commonwealth University. Dr.Wynne has published articles in the International Journal of Information Management, International Journal of Production Research, Journal of Operational Research Society, Interface: The Computer Education Quarterly, and The Proceedings of the Decision Sciences Institute. He has held memberships in Decision Sciences Institute, Information Resource Management Association, Data Processing Management Association and the Association for Systems Management. He was the Program Chair for the 1994 regional meeting of the Decision Sciences Institute; 1995-96 President of the Southeast Region of the Decision Sciences Institute; and 1996-97 Past President of SEDSI.
