| Description: The Virginia Department of Educations Training and Technical Assistance Center (T/TAC) at Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) is seeking a full time experienced and dynamic professional to serve as a program specialist in the area of inclusive practices and behavior. This person will join a team of Program Specialists who provide training and technical assistance to school divisions in the Central and Southside Virginia regions (VDOE Superintendents Regions 1 and 8). This position is grant funded through June 30, 2010. The position is located at the VDOEs T/TAC office located at VCU in Richmond. |
| Qualifications: A Masters degree in education with emphasis in behavior, learning disabilities or curriculum and instruction is required along with at least 8 years teaching and/or service experience with school-aged students with identified behavior disorders. Salary will be determined by experience in the field and educational degrees obtained. Full benefits will accompany the position. |
