| Qualifications: An accredited graduate degree in an appropriate discipline (Librarianship, History, Archival Management or related area) is required, as is three or more years experience in archives and special collections in a university setting. Understanding of digitization practices, ability to establish and cultivate donor relationships, curatorial skills, and thorough understanding of archival practice is preferred. |
