| Description: This position will require both face-to-face and online training activities. Specifically, the person will serve as a coordinator, facilitator and instructor for regional face-to-face training events and evaluation of events. Skills in this area included the ability to coordinate and schedule training venues as well as to work effectively with the participants. In addition, the position includes the development and maintenance of online courses for rehabilitation professionals. This includes assisting other staff with the production of online and face-to-face training materials. Critical to this position is communicating with the participants via email, telephone, and face-to-face to provide training and technical assistance. |
| Qualifications: Masters Degree required in psychology, social work, or a closely related field. Must have knowledge of employment for individuals with disabilities and experience working in a diverse multi-cultural environment. Must have demonstrated word processing skills such as MS Word as well as PowerPoint and Articulate. Must have the ability to problem solve via the phone and email communication. |
