Description: Dreamweaver is a Web authoring tool used to create Web pages. This hands-on workshop will introduce you to the basics of Dreamweaver. The course will cover adding and formatting text, working with images, creating hyperlinks, and adding tables.

Learning Objectives:

  • Define a local and a remote site
  • Locate, open and close toolbars and panels
  • Import text from Word or other text documents
  • Type and format text
  • Format page and adjust page properties
  • Insert an image and adjust image properties including the alt tag text
  • Create mailto, relative, and absolute hyperlinks
  • Draw hotspots on an image to create an image map that hyperlinks to other Web pages
  • Insert and modify a table
