| Description: | The Fixed Asset System is a real-time on-line system for maintaining up-to-date fixed asset records. Each department identifies a fixed asset custodian who is responsible for maintaining the asset records and conducting an annual inventory. To assist custodians in this process, we provide training sessions, which offer hands-on instruction on navigating and using the fixed asset system.
To allow for processing, the last day to register and request access* is THREE (3) business days before the day of this class. |
