| Description: | Ever wonder which Listening Style you tend to lean towards? How do you negotiate between 2 sides when you`re in the middle? Your PA role includes being a consultant between your department and HR. You are the liaison. The key is building a partnership with your manager and with HR that will help create a successful team. This course will help you to improve your active listening skills, negotiation skills, and help you create an action plan for implementimg what you`ve learned.
This course is Part 1: Moving from an Operational PA to a Consulting PA.
