| Description: | In observation of Constitution Day, VCU Libraries and University Student Commons & Activities (USC&A Programs) present the 2009 HBO film "Shouting Fire: Stories from the edge of free speech." This documentary examines the issue of free speech versus national security in a post-9/11 world. Through a series of interviews, this film explores these issues from both sides. The ultimate question formulated becomes "is all speech equally free?"
