|Description: The Department of Human and Molecular Genetics (HMG) and the VCU Institute of Molecular Medicine (VIMM) in Richmond, Virginia are currently seeking to fill an entry-level Instructor position.|
|Qualifications: The priority for the position will be given to a researcher with experience in the areas of molecular cell biology and immunology. We are seeking a candidate with minimum 2 years of postdoctoral training and expertise in animal models of cancer and other immune-related diseases. All applicants must have demonstrated experience working in and fostering a diverse faculty, staff, and student environment or commitment to do so as a faculty member at VCU.|
HMG, VIMM, MCC and VCU provide an interactive and collaborative research and educational environment that will facilitate the training of the next generation of research scientists, clinicians and academicians, and will provide a direct conduit for the translation of genetic information from bench-to-bedside.
